Make the most of your micro wedding photography

Roxana and Guy in all the wedding photography beauty spots

On a busy wedding day, having time for yourselves can be a rare commodity.  Do not fear you can do this – it is totally possible!   Roxana & Guy visited Sheen Falls Lodge here in Kenmare to celebrate.  I can honestly say I’ve never had a day as big as this and how many guests in tow?  Not a single one!  This was our first ever ‘micro wedding’ and they certainly set the bar high

I honestly don’t know if I can do their day justice with one just one wedding photography blog but here goes!

Starting at 2pm, we enjoyed the most serene ceremony on Sheen Fall’s water front private garden followed by a champagne reception.  Idyllic for sure, but that’s where the adventure started.   We hopped into a hire car and drove the whole (120kms) of the Ring of Kerry.
We made the absolute most of every single beauty spot on the world’s most beautiful drive!

One thing I didn’t know… the Irish for Sneem is An tSnaidhm which means ‘the knot’  How appropriate is that?

If you are planning on a small wedding, my one tip.. build it all around an adventure. You’ll have the best day with the best wedding photographs!
